Odoo is seeking a proactive Technical Support professional in Belgium to solve complex customer issues, acting as the last line of defense between clients and chaos. Communication with customers is primarily via email.

The role offers a CDI, full-time contract (38h/week) with homeworking 2 days per week, and opportunities to work across multiple modules and versions while collaborating with developers and other support teams.

Qualifications

• Expert in at least one programming language.
• Object-oriented programming, object modeling and relational databases.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy & communication.

Responsibilities
