Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo implementations.
• Able to organize and coordinate with consultants and developers.

Responsabilités

• Organize helpdesk requests and follow up on tickets.
• Monitor ticket priorities and coordinate with consultants and developers.
• Organize upgrades from start to finish with original developers.
• Identify opportunities with existing customers, including optimisations and additional modules.
