Job summary

Abbott Medical is seeking a Territory Manager CRM to cover Brussels and north Belgium. You will service the existing customer base, drive sales within that base, and establish new accounts while addressing customer complaints and recommending consignment when appropriate.

The role requires understanding ABT therapies, strong planning, and the ability to work in a matrixed, international environment. Dutch and English language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent.
• 3-5 years of sales experience within the medical device industry preferred, but not mandatory.
• Well-organized, able to work effectively under tight deadlines, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
• Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
• Experience to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Customer- and results- oriented, self-starter
• Languages: Dutch, English + other language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quota by servicing the current customer base, increasing the sales volume to that base and establishing new accounts.
• Operate within a moderately complex territory and contribute to sales standards and policies.
• Make sales commitments with limited authority and be accountable for results within guidelines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to increase market penetration and new accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of ABT therapies and products; assist with planning requirements.
• Prepare reports and perform administrative sales duties (expense reports, scheduling, travel).
• Ensure pricing, quotes, credit terms, and quality guidelines align with corporate policies.
