Abbott Medical is seeking a Territory Manager CRM to cover Brussels and north Belgium. You will service the current customer base, grow sales within it, and establish new accounts while handling customer inquiries and complaints.

The role requires strong sales discipline, knowledge of ABT therapies, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent.
• 3-5 years of sales experience within the medical device industry.
• Well-organized, able to work effectively under tight deadlines, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a matrixed, geographically diverse business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-starter.
• Languages: Dutch, English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales quota by servicing the current customer base, growing sales within that base, and establishing new accounts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of ABT therapies and products.
• Prepare reports and perform required administrative sales duties (expense reports, scheduling, travel).
• Apply Account Profiling system and maintain account data (people, volume, competition, decision makers).
• Plan weekly travel and coordinate with country/division.
