Cohabs is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to delight members, foster community life, and continuously improve interactions. You’ll own member queries, help run events, craft engaging content, and shape a content roadmap aligned with our values.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and the ability to cultivate partnerships with local businesses to enrich the Cohabs community.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; engaging and fun content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for online and in-person interactions.
• Analytical mindset with logical and creative problem solving.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for our members - answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they feel at home.
• Organize and participate in community events that spark joy and build connections.
• Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event communications that keep our community informed.
• Build and manage a content roadmap that reflects our values and strengthens member connections.
• Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT) and share insights with the team.
• Identify and develop partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands to bring perks to our community.
