Cohabs is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to help our members feel at home, support community interactions, and continuously improve our service. You’ll organize events, write newsletters, manage a content roadmap, collect feedback, and explore partnerships with local restaurants and shops to add perks.

Starting January 2027, the internship offers 850€ per month in Brussels, with opportunities to grow as you contribute to a vibrant community and a dynamic shared-living platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills for online and in-person interactions.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving creativity.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; takes initiative.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to person for our members; answer questions and solve problems.
• Organize and participate in community events to build connections.
• Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event communications.
• Build and manage a content roadmap reflecting company values.
• Collect and analyze feedback (NPS, CSAT) to improve the member experience.
• Identify and develop partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands to add perks.
