Cohabs is seeking a Sales Intern to help connect with future members, showcase the Cohabs experience, and support the sales team in turning great leads into happy members. You’ll be the friendly voice welcoming prospective members, qualifying leads, and guiding tours of our coliving spaces.

This internship starts January 2027. You’ll work on CRM updates, lead outreach, and collaboration with Community and Marketing teams to promote events and the Cohabs lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable initiating and leading conversations over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and calendar/spreadsheet management.
• Energetic, curious, hands-on, eager to learn by doing.
• Past experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but attitude matters.

Responsabilités

• Welcome potential members, qualify leads via calls, and explain Cohabs' value.
• Keep CRM up to date with calls, feedback, and lead updates.
• Identify and connect with future Cohabs members across platforms.
• Organize and conduct virtual or in-person tours of properties.
• Collaborate with Community and Marketing teams to promote events and lifestyle.
