Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate to be the heart of the member experience in our Brussels-area office. You will greet members, prepare the space, manage supplies, and help ensure a seamless first day for new members.

You will coordinate events, stock amenities, onboard new members, assist with IT issues, and participate in local marketing activities to illustrate the value of our flexible workplace solutions. A proactive, collaborative mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
• Ability to work well in a team and support a larger plan.
• Proactive approach to office operations and member needs.
• Comfort with designing and executing events or signage to enhance the space.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face visitors see and help prepare the office for the day (coffee, breakfast, shared amenities).
• Manage inventory and order location supplies.
• Design and set up events and signage to create a memorable member experience.
• Add new members into systems to ensure a smooth first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Dip into local marketing events to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Give guided tours when the Member Experience Manager is assisting others.
