Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate to act as the welcoming hub for our offices, delivering warm, proactive service to members and guests. You’ll manage daily prep, ensure shared amenities are stocked, and help create memorable experiences that reflect Industrious’ premium workplace standards.

You will own inventory, coordinate signage for events, onboard new members, assist with IT and wifi issues, and engage in local marketing activities to highlight our flexible workplace

Responsibilities

• Be the first face seen as you prepare the office for the day, including coffee, breakfast, and stocking shared amenities.
• Proactively manage inventory and reorder location supplies.
• Plan and design unique signage for events to enhance the local experience.
• Add new members into multiple systems so their first day is seamless and memorable.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to showcase the value of flexible solutions.
• Give office tours with the Member Experience Manager when needed.
