Cohabs is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to help our members feel at home, support community interactions, and continuously improve our service. You’ll organize events, write newsletters, manage a content roadmap, collect feedback, and explore partnerships with local restaurants and shops to add perks.

Starting January 2027, the internship offers 850€ per month in Brussels, with opportunities to grow as you contribute to a vibrant community and a dynamic shared-living platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills for online and in-person interactions.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving creativity.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; takes initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Community Hero: Be the go-to person for our members - answering their questions, solving their problems, and making sure they always feel at home.
• Event Dynamo: Organize and participate in community events that spark joy, build connections, and make Cohabs unforgettable.
• Content Creator Extraordinaire: Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event communications that keep our community informed and inspired.
• Strategic Planner: Build and manage a content roadmap that reflects our company values and strengthens the connection with our members.
• Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT, etc.), identify key insights, and share them with the team to continuously improve the member experience.
• Partnership Builder: Identify and develop exciting partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands to bring additional perks to our community.

What we’re looking for:

• Communication Prodigy: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and know how to make content engaging and fun.
• People Magnet: You are a true “people person” who thrives in both online and in-person interactions.
• Analytical Mind: You approach challenges with logic and creativity, always looking for smart and innovative solutions.
• Bilingual Superstar: You are fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
