Cloud Seven is seeking an Events & Operations intern to support the Hospitality & Operations Manager and the team in the day-to-day management of the space and the organization of our cultural programme.

The intern will contribute to the logistical coordination of openings, exhibitions and community events, help prepare the spaces before and after events, liaise with artists, service providers and partners, and contribute to guest reception and hospitality during events.

Competenze

• Currently studying in a field related to events, hospitality, cultural management or a related area.
• Prior experience in events, hospitality or operations is an asset, but is not essential.
• Proactivity, organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.

Mansioni

• Support the Hospitality & Operations Manager and the team in the day-to-day management of the space and the organization of our cultural programme.
• Coordinate openings, exhibitions and community events, liaise with artists, service providers and partners, and contribute to guest reception and hospitality during events.
• Be involved in the smooth daily running of the coworking, exhibition and accommodation spaces (stock monitoring, coordination with external providers, upkeep of the spaces).
• Welcome members, artists, residents and visitors and manage arrivals and departures.
