Cohabs is seeking a Customer Care Intern to enhance member experience, support daily operations, and help improve processes across our properties. You will work on-site with our teams to keep houses running smoothly and to contribute to ongoing service improvements.

The role requires practical, solution-oriented thinking, strong communication in French and English, and a hands-on attitude. Starting January 2027, the internship offers hands-on learning in a dynamic, multi-market environment.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing higher education in Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work autonomously and escalate when needed.
• Willing to learn in office and on the field, and support the team during urgent tasks.
• Curious, proactive, and focused on improving processes.
