Job summary
Capgemini Belgium is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive profitable growth across the Infrastructure & Cloud Services portfolio. You will own pipeline, engage senior client executives and lead opportunities from qualification to signature, covering end user services, digital workplace, cloud transformation and managed services.
You will build strategic client relationships, articulate business value, and guide cross-functional teams to win complex multi-service
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in enterprise technology sales or business development.
- Proven track record closing multi-service opportunities.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure or managed services.
- Experience operating in complex matrix organizations.
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated sales achievements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the cloud growth plan for Belgium.
- Generate and qualify cloud opportunities across existing and new clients.
- Build trusted relationships with business executives.
- Lead executive-level discussions around cloud resilience, security and regulatory compliance.
- Own opportunities from qualification through contract signature.
- Coordinate account teams, cloud principals and delivery leaders.
- Drive demand generation activities and partner-led campaigns.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
