Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager to lead cloud strategy and transformation initiatives across diverse industries. You will guide clients on cloud maturity assessments, adoption roadmaps, platform selection, and secure deployment patterns while exploring innovative use cases such as GenAI and sovereign cloud solutions.

You will also contribute to growth of the cloud capability through thought leadership, client development, and strong relationships with decision makers.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in consultancy.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud consulting with hands-on involvement in cloud strategy, adoption, migration, or architecture initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with cloud migration approaches (lift-and-shift, cloud-native).
• Expertise in cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Interest in innovative cloud technologies (serverless, containers, sovereign cloud).
• Strong project management skills (PRINCE2, PMP a plus).
• Master's degree in related field; Fluent in English and French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead cloud strategy and transformation initiatives with clients.
• Define cloud adoption and migration roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on cloud platform selection, architecture (serverless, containers, microservices) and deployment best practices.
• Build business cases for hybrid IT, multi-cloud, or data centerless operating models.
• Counsel on cloud security, governance, and cost management.
