Capgemini Belgium seeks a Senior Business Development Director to drive banking growth. You will identify, shape, and close strategic opportunities with C-suite banking executives, leading cross-capability pursuits and deepening client relationships.

You will articulate Capgemini’s digital transformation, data, AI, cloud and regulatory offerings to win long-term partnerships across the Belgian market.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development, Sales or client leadership in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record of winning new business and opening new logos.
• Experience selling consulting, technology, digital transformation, data cloud and AI.
• Understanding of banking business models and market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Banking sales strategy for the Belgian market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities; achieve targets.
• Lead client engagements with C-suite stakeholders to drive value.
• Collaborate with Capgemini entities and ecosystem partners.
