Job summary

Marsh Belux is seeking a Client Executive to join our Sales Corporate team. The role focuses on managing and growing an existing client portfolio across the Flemish region, with a hybrid office pattern in Ghent (ideally) or Antwerp.

You will deliver proactive cross-selling and upselling, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with Account Management colleagues to meet growth targets while ensuring service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business.
• Cross-class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.
• A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.
• Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
• Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
