Job summary

Marsh People & Investments seeks a Sales Leader to drive growth across Belgium and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Head of Investment Sales, Europe, you will assess market demand, set strategic direction, and engage teams to deliver strong financial results.

You will lead business development, manage client relationships with institutional clients, and advance high-growth solutions like OCIO and Alternatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related business field.
• At least 10 years of total sales experience with a track record of delivering superior results.
• Experience raising assets and growing revenue with institutional clients across Pensions, Insurance, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, SWFs, Not-for-Profits.
• Deep understanding of institutional client needs, investment objectives and buy reasons.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy aligned with regional goals.
• Achieve growth plans for Belgium and Luxembourg with revenue and NOI targets.
• Lead client identification, origination and solution design.
• Maintain strong risk management structure and regulatory alignment.
• Drive initiatives to position as a leading investment solutions provider in the region.
• Coordinate sales activities across channels and segments.
• Advance OCIO and Alternatives as growth drivers and expand services to large asset owners.
• Drive a direct pipeline of sales activity and leverage Marsh network.
