Axis Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Belgium. You will independently advise entrepreneurs and leaders on insurance solutions, develop action plans, and drive client acquisition while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities include meetings, quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize commercial processes. The role offers a mix of remote and regional office work, travel to client sites, and a strong focus on building relationships with

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or group insurance.
• Experience in a commercial B2B environment with decision-makers.
• Knowledge of supplemental pension options for self-employed and group insurance for employees.
• Basic understanding of non-life insurance for self-employed and businesses.
• PCP or VVD certificate or willingness to obtain one soon.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an annual commercial action plan with the sales manager.
• Proactively reach out to business owners to inform them about available insurance products.
• Attend networking events and informational sessions to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve commercial processes and adjust strategies.
• Visit clients in person, via teleconference, or at the office to assess needs and present options.
• Prepare quotes with or without back-office support.
• Report to the sales manager and align with other account managers by region and product.
