Job summary

Marsh Belux in Ghent (ideally) or Antwerp is seeking a Client Executive to manage and grow an existing corporate client portfolio. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the office and focuses on delivering sales growth through cross-selling and upselling of Marsh services within the Flemish region.

You will work with account teams to retain clients, respond to complex needs, and ensure compliant, high-quality service while expanding revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in corporate or mid-sized commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Deliver sales and growth within predefined area.
• Collaborate with Account Management colleagues to execute growth and retention strategy.
• Serve as client contact to address complex needs and questions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and stay informed on market conditions.
