What you'll do

• Validate change requests, including testing, rollback plans and notice deadlines.
• Identify change conflicts and recommend suitable production deployment dates.
• Coordinate change review meetings.
• Communicate planned changes and significant production risks to stakeholders.
• Improve compliance with the change management process.
• Support operational teams using the change management tool.

What you bring

• At least eight years of relevant experience in organisational development.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL and COBIT processes.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and Service Now.
• Knowledge of production resilience procedures: IT DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and HA (High Availability).
• Experience with IT/business relations and IT infrastructure production operations.
• Knowledge of quality standards, IT security and cyber security.
• Ability to develop and adapt processes and define relevant performance indicators.
• Strong organisation, analysis, written and verbal communication, collaboration and resilience.
• Ability to inspire others and build engagement.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Dutch: fluent, good or not required.
• French: fluent, good or not required.
• English: fluent, good or not required.
