ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives. The role focuses on infrastructure resilience, security, and modernization within a complex environment.

You will drive governance, ITSM, CMDB deployments, and disaster recovery planning while coordinating multi-vendor teams across the business. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT, strong governance knowledge (NIS2, ISO27001, ITIL), and fluency in FR/ENG/NL.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
• CMDB implementation and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
• Knowledge of IT governance including NIS2, ISO27001, ITIL.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2.
• Change management skills (ADKAR is a plus).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
• At least 8 years of professional IT experience.
• Fluency in FR/ENG/NL is preferred.

• Contribute to IT governance frameworks including NIS2 and ISO27001 compliance.
• Coordinate change management activities and ensure adoption across teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain business cases and project documentation.
