Job summary

Vector Synergy seeks a Business Services Project Manager for Procurement to drive digital transformation across Brussels and NATO interfaces. The role requires overseeing procurement transformation, ERP initiatives, and enterprise-wide process harmonisation in large international settings with NATO security clearance.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, time, and budget, and develop documentation artifacts to support enterprise‑wide procurement services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation with a focus on Procurement.
• Experience leading Procurement transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects in large international organisations.
• Experience with procurement process design, harmonisation and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and programs in business services, delivering scope on time and on budget.
• Engage with NATO stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, Finance and HR to harmonise services.
• Develop and maintain documentation artefacts for the outlined tasks.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, specifically in Business Services, with significant experience in the Procurement domain ;
• Proven experience leading Procurement transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects in large international organisations , including initiatives involving cloud enabled solutions, data platforms and enterprise-wide process harmonization;
• Demonstrated experience with Procurement process design, process harmonisation and business transformation .

Desirable:

• Experience working in NATO and understanding of relevant NATO policy ;
• Experience with market solutions in the domain of Procurement, ERP and enterprise business services ;
• Experience with commercial cloud provider platforms and/or on-premise cloud platforms .

Duties/role:

Managing projects and initiatives by executing project and program management of business services initiatives and ensuring delivery of scope within time and budgetary constraints ;

Managing stakeholders by engaging regularly with stakeholders across NATO entities, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR and others, to promote synchronized efforts toward harmonizing enterprise business services ;

Developing and maintaining documentation artefacts necessary for any of the outlined tasks .
