Vector Synergy Brussels is seeking a project coordinator/PMO professional with 2-5 years of experience to support portfolio governance, reporting cycles, and meeting coordination.

The role involves consolidating project data (schedule, cost, scope, risks), ensuring compliance with internal methodologies, and using Power BI or Tableau for insights. NATO Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or portfolio support or governance-related support.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Organizing and coordinating recurring portfolio review meetings, minutes, action lists, and reporting cycles.
• Ensuring compliance with internal methodologies, standards, and tools.
