Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a Business Services Project Manager for Finance in Brussels, Belgium, to lead programmes focused on finance process design, harmonisation and enterprise transformation within NATO-related initiatives.

The role involves end-to-end project management, active engagement with NATO stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement and Legal to align and harmonise enterprise services, and the development and maintenance of essential documentation artefacts to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance process design and business transformation.
• Programme and project management experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to interact with and influence senior executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executing project and programme management activities for business services initiatives within time and budget constraints.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Demonstrated experience with Finance process design, process harmonisation and business transformation ;
• Proven experience in programme management and project management, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments ;
• Strong ability to interact with, manage and influence senior executive stakeholders .

Duties/role:

• Managing projects and initiatives by executing project and program management activities for business services initiatives and ensuring delivery of scope within time and budgetary constraints ;
• Managing stakeholders through regular engagement with stakeholders across NATO entities, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and others, to promote synchronized efforts toward harmonizing enterprise business services ;
• Developing and maintaining documentation artefacts necessary for any of the outlined tasks .
