VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. is seeking a senior Project Manager in Brussels to lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programs with high investment levels.

You will plan, implement and govern projects in compliance with NATO regulations and NATO Agency policies. Requirements include 3+ years of PM experience, background in public sector or international organisations, and knowledge of Agile, change management, cloud computing, data science and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Recent extensive Project Management experience (3+ years) in a large-scale IT organization with high investments.
• Experience in large digital transformation initiatives within the public sector or international organisations.
• Knowledge and experience in modern approaches and technologies such as Agile, change management, BPM, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity.

Responsabilités

• Planning assigned projects.
• Implementing assigned projects.
• Managing assigned projects in accordance with NATO regulations and NCI Agency project management policies and procedures.
