Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Support Officer (Level 1 & 2) to deliver group-wide IT support from Brussels. You will handle first- and second-line IT issues across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365, serving internal customers in 9 countries.

On-site presence at Brussels HQ is required at least 3 days per week, with rotating shifts. You will grow from junior to senior through hands-on issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with Level 3 teams.

Qualifications

• Fast learner who can pick up tools and processes quickly.
• Strong communication skills in an international, multi-country setting.
• Fluent English; French and/or Dutch skills are a plus.
• Experience providing first- and second-line IT support for desktops, apps, and services.

Responsabilités

• Incident management as first responder for IT issues across the group.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office apps).
• Manage user accounts and access in a hybrid environment.
• Assist with software installations and updates for Windows and Office.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 with clear context.
• Document support activities and contribute to knowledge bases.
• Deliver patient, friendly support to internal customers across 9 countries.
