Editx in Brussels is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic international IT team. You will be the first point of contact for end users and help ensure a smooth IT experience across the organization.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, configure laptops and devices, and escalate complex issues as needed while delivering excellent service to users at all levels of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience providing initial IT support to end users.
• Familiarity with Windows hardware/software and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
