Daikin Europe, based in Brussels, seeks a BMS Business Development Officer to drive the expansion of our Solution business across EMEA. You will empower affiliates, shape strategic go-to-market plans, and ensure successful BMS project execution in a multi-stakeholder environment.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, a technical mindset with business insight, and prior Sales or Product Management experience. International travel is possible; great English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or economist with technical interest.
• Strong analytical skills and business insights.
• Experience in Sales or Product Management in a similar environment.
• Willing to be based at the Brussels HQ with travel flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Follow up BMS strategy by steering budget planning and target setting, and monitoring performance per market.
• Develop understanding of BMS Solution Portfolio to support local affiliates in selling BMS solutions and manage pipeline.
• Support local service organization to develop capabilities and processes to sell and execute BMS projects; deliver sales training and create materials.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering Office in Spain to provide centralized services for affiliate growth.
• Identify blockers and lead initiatives to remove them with stakeholders.
• Act as cross-functional partner on go-to-market strategies and revenue growth with Marketing, Product Development and other teams.
• Analyze market data and competitor information to inform strategy.
• Define business case for EMS Solution and support its development with Partners.
