The role requires fluent Dutch and French, strong listening skills, and comfort with digital tools. The position offers a hybrid work model with remote options and opportunities for professional growth

Responsabilités

• Answer questions from customers by phone and email and assist with orders.
• Help customers select the most suitable VELUX product for their needs.
• Build relationships across the organisation to follow up on requests.
• Identify commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
