VELUX Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be a key contact for customers by phone and email, guiding them to the best product options and ensuring a high-quality service experience. You will collaborate across departments, handle inquiries, and support order-related questions with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Accurate information processing and comfort with digital tools.
• Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer queries from customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email.
• Help customers select the most suitable VELUX product for their needs.
• Build positive relationships across the organisation to follow up on requests.
