VELUX Belgium is seeking a customer-focused Service & Support representative to assist customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email. You will understand needs and recommend the best VELUX solution, providing clear information about products, orders and conditions.

Collaborating with After Sales Service and other teams, you will help ensure a positive customer experience from first contact and identify commercial opportunities during conversations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
• Friendly, professional and confident communication.
• Accurate information processing.
• Comfortable using different systems and digital tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new initiatives and changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable VELUX solution
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and conditions
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with other departments when needed
• Recognise commercial opportunities and respond to them naturally
• Navigate different systems and information tools to provide fast and accurate answers
• Contribute to an excellent customer experience from the first contact onwards
• Serve as a key point of contact for VELUX Belgium
• Collaborate with After Sales Service and teams across the organisation
