Responsibilities

• Handle both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Process incoming and outgoing written correspondence and emails.
• Use tools such as wage garnishments, payment arrangements, and negotiations.
• Initiate legal proceedings through attorneys and bailiffs.
• Comply with applicable work procedures and legislation.
