LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner Benelux to support the Benelux region and report to the HR Director. The role covers payroll, HR reporting, contracts, onboarding, benefits, and compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, you bring strong administration skills and at least 5 years of HR experience. You will work closely with managers and external providers in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant HR & Administrator experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English (both written and verbal).
• Strong administration skills.
• Practical knowledge of employment legislation and sickness management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail, accurate and structured.
• Proactive and fully committed to all aspects of work.
• Efficient, with capacity to manage tight deadlines and multi-tasking.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll administration across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg with external providers.
• Provide HR information and reporting to management; monitor HR metrics.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Track contract lifecycle including end dates, extensions and terminations.
• Manage employee benefits (healthcare, pension, leave days).
• Follow sickness absence policy and liaise with services for reintegration planning.
• Serve as primary contact for employees on HR admin queries; support managers.
• Monitor compliance with labour law and sickness policies in Benelux.
• Support HR Director with daily operations and regional HR projects.
