Pernod Ricard Benelux is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the HR team in Brussels. You will manage monthly payroll for Belgium and the Netherlands and collaborate with external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will also handle car fleet, employee benefits, expat and mobility files, and provide guidance on payroll-related questions while driving process improvements in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, payroll, accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Belgian payroll experience; Dutch payroll experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation; willingness to learn Dutch regulations.
• High affinity with data and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage Belgium and Netherlands payroll cycles with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian and Dutch payroll legislation.
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries by employees and managers.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and accuracy.
• Coordinate expat and international mobility cases with EY and partners.
• Manage Benelux car fleet, insurance, and related processes.
• Prepare payroll and HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Assist in rolling forecasts with HR and Finance.
• Support audits and data requests for reporting.
• Identify process improvements in HR/payroll workflows.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
