Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an HRBP to support the Benelux region from its Brussels base. You will act as the primary contact for employees and managers, guiding HR policies and processes and managing onboarding through offboarding.

You will collaborate with managers on employee relations to ensure fair, timely decisions. The role also covers payroll administration for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, HR reporting, and contract/benefits administration, all while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant HR & Administrator experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English (written and verbal).
• Strong administration skills; MS-Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, detail oriented and confidential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main contact for employees and managers.
• Provide guidance on internal HR policies and processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to departures.
• Address employee relations matters in a fair and timely way.
• Payroll administration for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg with external providers.
• Provide HR information/reporting to management (turnover, absenteeism, headcount).
• Prepare employment contracts and new hire/leaver documentation; support onboarding and offboarding.
• Track contract lifecycle and ensure timely written confirmations for extensions, terminations, salary changes and development plans.
• Manage employee benefits including healthcare, pension, and leave days.
• Monitor sickness absence policy and liaise with services on absence cases.
• Support day-to-day HR admin queries for employees and managers.
