Job summary

ABB Robotics in Belgium seeks an AMR Sales Expert for the Benelux region to drive the growth of ABB's Autonomous Mobile Robot portfolio across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will combine technical knowledge with consultative selling and business development to identify, develop, and close opportunities with end-users, integrators, and partners.

You will work closely with local robotics sales teams and Global AMR Solution Centers to support demonstrations, workshops, and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in technical sales, business development, automation, robotics, intralogistics, or related.
Experience in B2B solution selling with end-users, integrators, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial growth of ABB's AMR portfolio across the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
Develop and execute regional AMR growth strategy aligned with ABB Robotics objectives.
Identify, qualify, and close new AMR opportunities with end-users, integrators, and partners.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve order and revenue targets.
Act as trusted advisor for customers evaluating mobile robotics and intralogistics automation solutions.
Conduct customer workshops, site assessments, and business case evaluations.
Support local sales teams with AMR product, application, and market expertise.
Collaborate with system integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
