Job summary

Stäubli Robotics is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Belgium to manage and grow the robotics portfolio with end customers, integrators, OEMs and partners. The role covers prospecting through to contract closure across Belgium with regular travel.

The ideal candidate will bring several years of technical sales experience, a university or technical degree, and fluency in Dutch, French and English. Hybrid work with a company car and extensive employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Completed technical education or university degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field.
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills with high customer and results orientation.
Advanced proficiency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

Manage and further develop existing customer relationships with end customers, integrators, OEMs and partners across different decision-making levels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects from initial prospecting through to contract closure.
Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions based on Stäubli Robotics portfolio.
Implement the sales and growth strategy and independently manage the assigned sales territory.
