Job summary

Hai Robotics is seeking a Benelux Country Manager to spearhead market entry and growth in the Benelux region. You will build direct and channel sales, establish a partner ecosystem, and coordinate across marketing, solutions, and project management to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Software or relevant fields.
• 5+ years of extensive sales leadership experience in MHA/WMS/MHE industries.
• Dutch language proficiency at C2+ level is required.
• Experience in multi-channel sales across diverse sectors (E-Commerce, 3PL, Pharma, Retail).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Follow the sales process defined by HAI, converting opportunities into order intake.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain a strong pipeline of value.
• Establish and maintain a broad partner network across the market.
• Initiate partner enablement to improve team efficiency.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
• Communicate budget achievements, strategies, and market conditions to management.
• Support Marketing, Solutions and Project Management in customer-facing tasks.
• Provide market trend insights for better positioning and development.
• Set personal development targets and execute plans for growth.
