Job summary

ABB nv in Belgium seeks a Sales Engineer - Process Instrumentation to become a trusted advisor to major industrial customers, engineering firms, and system integrators across Belgium and the Belux region. You will own the full customer journey, supported by internal teams and ABB’s technology.

You will lead commercial strategy, pricing, negotiations, and long-term account planning while translating complex requirements into actionable plans for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or technical sales.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial and technical credibility with customers.
• Independent decision-maker capable of leading the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Promote ABB's process instrumentation solutions and co-develop proposals.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear action points for stakeholders.
• Drive pricing, negotiations, profitability, and long-term account planning.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity for strategic advantage.
• Own the customer journey from first contact to contract signature in Belgium and Belux.
