Job summary

Chery Belux is seeking a Sales Operations Officer to support daily BeLux sales activities, collaborating with dealers, internal teams and CHERY HQ. You will ensure accurate reporting, efficient order management, stock control and execution of commercial policies in a fast-growing international environment.

The role emphasizes data quality, forecasting support and cross-functional problem solving to improve dealer performance across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Order management & conversion tracking, monitor orders and delivery timings.
• Track wholesale, retail registrations, stock levels and allocations.
• Support dealer policies, incentives, bonuses and rebates calculations.
• Assist with monthly sales forecasting and identify gaps or risks.
• Support dealers with sales management systems and data entry.
• Identify and escalate sales operations issues, coordinating with other teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales dashboards and ensure data quality.
