Geely BeNeLux is seeking a Manager Network to lead the Belgium and Luxembourg market entry. You will hunt and onboard influential dealer groups across Flanders, Wallonia, and Luxembourg, negotiating terms and ensuring 100% regional coverage swiftly.

You report to the Head of Retail and Network Belux and coordinate with global/regional teams to provide partners with tools, IT systems, and training to start deliveries immediately. Strong Dutch and/or French with English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in network/business/dealer development in BeLux automotive markets.
• Existing high-level network within BeLux dealer groups is essential.
• Proactive, resilient, able to move fast while building from the air.
• Native-level Dutch (Flemish) and/or French; professional English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Identify and target top BeLux dealer groups in Belgium and Luxembourg for premium representation.
• Lead negotiations and expansion of dealer agreements across BeLux regions.
• Coordinate Go-Live and ensure partners meet operational, technical, and branding requirements.
• Collaborate with regional teams to equip partners with tools, IT systems, and training.
