Job summary

BYD BeLux in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Sales Training Specialist BeLux to support its dealer network in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will help dealer teams master product knowledge and sales approaches, ensuring high-quality customer experiences in both sales and service.

Qualifications

• Education: Higher professional education or university degree, or demonstrable academic thinking and working skills.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and to engage dealer teams.
• Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch, with professional English as the corporate language. Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule and deliver sales and product training programs with dealers.
• Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, and track training completion and outcomes.
• Evaluate training material and methodology and make recommendations for improvement.
• Organize the logistics of training sessions and events, including venues and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers when needed.
• Work with the Aftersales team to ensure a consistent customer service approach.
