Ebbinge Belgium is seeking a Managing Director for Belgium to lead and scale the Belgian business within a fast-growing, PE-backed financial services scale-up. You will drive strategy, teams, and investor relations to accelerate growth and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years in financial services, a strong commercial network in Belgium, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory; French is a strong asset for this market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, investment, private banking, M&A or a related environment.
• Strong commercial track record and network within the Belgian investment landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to build and scale a business.
• Strong understanding of financial products and credibility with investors and entrepreneurs.
