Siemens eMobility Charging is seeking a Service Coordinator / Planner to keep charging systems up and running across Belgium. You will manage service assignments, resources, and logistics, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and customers remain satisfied.

In this role, you will monitor SLAs, dispatch engineers, coordinate on-site services, and secure spare parts. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong organization and communication skills, and fluency in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, planning, or project support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to connect people, processes, and priorities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch and French are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate service activities, from preventive maintenance to firmware updates.
• Manage service orders and cases in your region, ensuring smooth execution end-to-end.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for warranty and out-of-warranty cases, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Dispatch field engineers and service partners, assuring readiness and availability.
• Coordinate on-site services for Siemens and third‑party providers.
• Secure spare parts, manage returns of defective components, and streamline logistics.
• Oversee case management, work order planning, and service platform data quality.
