Qualifications

• Five+ years in payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations with hands-on responsibility.
• Experience developing or evaluating structured HR procedures, checklists, or policy documentation.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to interpret information and create objective assessment criteria.
• Ability to manage multiple HR reference materials and documentation concurrently.
• Written and spoken English at least B2, with C1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks covering payroll operations, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Establish structured grading rubrics and objective evaluation criteria for consistent assessments.
• Assess professional judgment by analyzing information and applying HR expertise.
• Prepare supporting documentation from HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Ensure task clarity and quality, flagging ambiguous or incomplete assignments.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver assignments on time.
