Qualificações

• Experience in HR administration, employee services, HR operations, payroll coordination or similar role.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment legislation and local HR practices.
• Experience supporting payroll preparation, payroll data validation, or payroll vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR operations support for Belgium-based employees and managers across onboarding, moves, changes and offboarding.
• Validate payroll data and coordinate with payroll provider to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Respond to HR, benefits, leave and payroll queries as the local HR contact.
• Support compliance with Belgian employment law and local processes.
• Manage HR data and accuracy across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Reward, Finance, Legal and external providers to deliver seamless employee support.
• Contribute to process improvements and projects enhancing employee experience.
