Onetouch Technology is seeking an HR Consultant in Belgium to draft and manage employment contracts, amendments and terminations in line with Belgian law. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical talent, development of HR policies, and advisory to leadership on best practices and compliance.

The role emphasizes independent, entrepreneurial work with a flexible part-time consulting arrangement within a growing deep-tech organization, focusing on Flemish employment

Qualifications

• 3+ years as HR Generalist/HR Consultant/HRBP.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian employment law, esp. in Flanders.
• Recruitment experience, esp. for technical/engineering roles.
• Experience developing or updating HR policies and regulations.
• Industry experience in photonics, semiconductors, fiber optics, silicon photonics or related deep-tech.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations per Belgian law.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical talent.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and workplace regulations.
• Advise leadership on HR practices, benchmarks and compliance.
• Help establish scalable HR processes for a growing deep-tech organization.
