Euresys Engineering is seeking an HR Generalist as a maternity leave replacement. You will oversee Belgian payroll, act as the Belgium HR contact, and manage onboarding to offboarding with strong collaboration across the global HR team.

The role requires several years in HR, fluency in French and English, and a good grasp of Belgian labor law. German is a plus, and experience in a multinational setting is valued.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and payroll administration.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in working within a global Group structure.
• Reliable and structured way of working with service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly payroll closure for Belgium and oversee payroll for Germany, Singapore, and Japan.
• Serve as the primary HR contact in Belgium for employees and managers.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist HR colleagues with local hiring needs.
• Coordinate and support local HR administration; collaborate with international HR colleagues.
• Support transformation initiatives focusing on HR tools and processes.
