Jobgether is seeking an HR & Compliance Coordinator based in Belgium to support end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on compliance. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain audit-ready records and drive improvements in workforce processes in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in HR, compliance, workforce coordination, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including SCHADS Award and relevant regulations.
• Experience managing onboarding, training coordination, employee documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Proven ability to conduct internal audits and prepare reports for leadership review.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-focused, collaborative approach.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interviews, references, documentation).
• Manage onboarding processes with documentation, training, and orientation.
• Track compliance requirements (certifications, background checks, insurance, and obligations).
• Maintain accurate compliance and training records for audit readiness.
• Organize internal and external training programs and eLearning completion.
• Manage workforce scheduling, rosters, leave coverage, and coordination.
• Conduct internal audits of employee records and processes to drive improvements.
• Support employee engagement through check-ins, feedback, recognition, and team communications.
• Assist with policy updates, compliance reviews, reporting, and documentation.
