Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an experienced Backfill Engineer for Dispatch Support in Belgium. The role is on-call and on-site, focusing on providing timely IT support to dispatch teams.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, install and configure desktops, printers, and peripherals, and ensure SLA targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Availability for on-call assignments.
